All sites and processes are online and running as expected.
We have been monitoring the services over the last few hours, and any enqueued upload or process request from over the maintenance window has been processed as normal. If you have any missing reports/documents, it would be worth checking the status of your Upload Service or other automation to ensure it is connecting to the API as expected.
We will continue to monitor service health metrics. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact support.

Some sites have been restored for user and API access. User activity and jobs are being closely monitored. All sites will be online shortly, and the job processing (document automation) will follow.

All modified DocMX services are up and running internally. We are progressing through final checks and proceeding to ramp up the connected services.

Service migrations are running smoothly, however due to faults in the region, some secondary methods have been implemented to complete the transfer. This will not impact the maintenance window at this time.
